Our HVAC Maintenance Technicians complete in‑home HVAC maintenance calls and build positive relationships with customers, prioritizing their needs and ensuring a 5‑star quality service in every interaction.
What You’ll Do- Complete in‑home HVAC maintenance calls.
- Assist other departments as needed.
- Establish customer rapport to offer the right solutions, provide the right service, and maintain a "You’re my go‑to company" relationship.
- Always maintain a clean, organized job site and truck.
- Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events.
- Knowledge of local HVAC codes.
- Ability to make on‑the‑job decisions.
- 6 months to 1+ year HVAC experience.
- Clean, safe driving record.
- EPA certification.
- High school diploma or GED.
