We are looking for Youth Soccer Instructors to work with children aged 2-8 in the Greater Indianapolis Area (Boone, Hamilton, Hendricks, Johnson, Marion Counties) & West Lafayette/Lafayette.

Soccer Shots is the number one Children’s Fitness franchise in the country thanks to our curriculum, leadership, and passion. We hire the best instructors to work with children because we believe in impacting them with confidence and skill. Our 30‑minute sessions should be the best 30 minutes of each child’s week.

We are hiring part‑time coaches with afternoon and evening availability – Monday through Friday. You will be scheduled for 2 – 5 pm (afternoon) or 4:30 – 7:30 pm (evening). You must be available three full days a week, and once your schedule is set it will not change. Commit to at least the next 3‑4 seasons (9‑12 months) – ideally 12 months or more for growth opportunities.

Starting pay is $17 per session (~$34/hr). At most locations you may instruct 2‑4 consecutive sessions, earning $34‑$70 per hour or more if you move to a salaried position.

Qualifications:

• Responsible:
  Arrives on time, manages a group of 10+ children, keeps accurate attendance, communicates well with directors.
• Professional:
  Neat, friendly, courteous with staff and parents, self‑assured.
• Enthusiastic:
  Enjoys interacting with 2‑8 year‑olds, connects on their level, animated and silly.
• Soccer:
  Experience helpful, but a good working knowledge is sufficient.
• Working with children:
  Engages and interacts with 2‑8 year‑olds; prior experience required.
• Transportation:
  Reliable transportation required.
• Equipment:
  Own daily access to a computer, printer, and internet.
