• Assist to operate the middle school soccer program within the philosophies of the school corporation and head coach
• Responsible for all squad members from reporting time until departure from school grounds.
• Available to attend all CPMS team functions, in and out of season.
• Ability to assist the head coach with all aspects of the program.
• Oversee individual and team conditioning workouts and complete statistics.
• Administer first aid.
• Follow all guidelines and policies set forth by the school, IHSAA, and the USSF.

• Must be a good role model for players (punctuality, preparedness, intensity, sportsmanship)
• Must be able to be at school by 3:15 p.m. on game days
• Prefer high school soccer playing experience or extensive travel playing experience but prefer college playing experience.
• Ability to demonstrate skills/tactics for players.
• Hold a minimum USSF "D" coaching license or equivalent diploma through NSCAA.
