• Lead engaging and high-quality group training classes.
• Ensure members use proper form and provide exercise modifications when needed.
• Foster an energetic and motivating atmosphere.
• Welcome members by name and build strong connections.
• Maintain a clean, organized studio environment.
• Assist with membership retention and acquisition efforts.
• Perform client fitness appraisals and goal-setting consultations.
• Attend and participate in team meetings and trainings.

Starting at $45 per class

• Confident communicator with excellent people skills.
• Passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Active on social media with a knack for engaging content.
• Strong customer service mindset and a team player.
• Comfortable working some early mornings, evenings or weekends as needed.

• At least 3 years of experience as a group fitness instructor or personal trainer.
• Current CPR/AED certification (required).
• Fitness certifications (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM).
• Ability to demonstrate exercises with proper form and understanding of functional fitness, HIIT, and Boot Camps.
