Logistics Coordinators serve as a liaison between the broker, client, carrier, shipper, and receiver. They are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with all parties to provide excellent customer service.

The responsibilities include:

Quickly providing rate quotes to customers.

Working directly with customers on quotes and negotiating pricing for services.

Receiving and processing shipments according to customer needs, including shipment entry, tracking, and follow-up.

Managing daily load activities through discussions with customers and carriers to ensure excellent customer service.

Contacting existing and potential customers to develop relationships with customers and carriers.

Generating business through cold calls, qualified leads from existing customers, and account representatives.

Researching provider performance issues and providing feedback for resolution.

Minimum of 2-3 years of brokerage/logistics experience.

Strong teamwork, initiative, and customer service skills.

Offering a competitive starting yearly pay of $45k.
