The primary responsibility of this position is to support the invoicing and transportation for export shipments in accordance with Harley-Davidson work instructions.

• The primary responsibility of this position is to create invoices for export shipments in accordance with Harley-Davidson work instructions.
• Scheduling air and ocean pick up requests with trucking companies and freight forwarders to ensure flow of goods from origin to point of export.
• Identifying and resolving issues arising during the shipping process including damaged, short, and overage of parts.
• Completing post shipment tasks such as emailing pre-alerts to dealers, updating shipment spreadsheets for tracking purposes, updating AS400 system shipment with sailing/flight details, updating Neovia SAP pick lists as shipped, and obtaining proof of export documentation and matching with each shipment.
• Responding to customer service requests via email and phone.
• Creating month end reports.

• Associates degree and 1+ year work experience in a distribution environment or High School diploma (or GED) and 3+ years' work experience in logistics analyst role.
• Exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Proficient with Computer, SAP, AS400 and Microsoft Office Applications. Understands warehouse management systems and processes.

• Requires frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping.
• Requires lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling of various items of varying weight.
• Requires work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures.
• Work requires moderate muscular exertion and/or physical strain such as frequently climbing or recurring bending, lifting, or lowering of items weight up to 50 pounds.
