1st Shift Warehouse Associate - Outbound (Monday - Friday)

National Trade Supply is a consumable goods manufacturer of air and water filtration products for your home, located in Greenwood, Indiana. We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our outbound team.

Immediate openings for Full‑time Warehouse Associates working 5, 8‑hour shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM). This role focuses on picking, packing and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.

• Accurately pick products from inventory based on order sheets or electronic systems.
• Verify item codes, quantities, and specifications before handing items to packers.
• Maintain a clean and organized picking area.
• Report damaged items, shortages, or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking when needed.

• Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
• Label packages accurately with shipping and order information.
• Inspect items for defects or damage before packing.
• Ensure orders are complete and meet quality standards before dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing area.
• Assist with loading orders onto pallets or carts for shipment.

• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment preferred.
• Basic understanding of warehouse processes and safety procedures.
• Comfortable using warehouse management systems (WMS), handheld scanners, or related technology.
• Ability or willingness to drive PITs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.

This position requires long periods of standing up to 8 hours and repetitive movement of fingers, hands, and arms.
