About the Organization
:
We are currently seeking several dedicated 1st and 2nd shift Equipment Operators to join a prominent Johnson County warehouse facility. This role offers a stable work environment with high retention rates and a comprehensive compensation package for those ready to start right away.
Compensation and Perks
:
- Hourly wages ranging from $19 to $19.50

Working Hours
:
- First shift runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with required overtime as necessary
- Second shift operates Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, with required overtime as necessary
Role Responsibilities and Qualifications
:
- Demonstrate proficiency operating reach trucks, standup forklifts, and sit-down forklifts
- Maintain high levels of organization to ensure accuracy in all warehouse tasks
- Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to support team operations
- Support facility productivity by remaining mobile and standing throughout the duration of your shift
- Safely handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs to assist in efficient inventory movement
