Position: Radiation Therapist *SIGN ON BONUS*

The Radiation Therapist is responsible for performing a variety of Radiation Oncology procedures for both in-patients and out-patients, as directed by the Radiation Oncologist and in accordance with established standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Covering a rotational call schedule and morning warm-up.
  • Adhering to the ALARA principle to ensure safety.
  • Providing education to patients and families about Radiation Oncology.
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality and managing equipment and supplies.
  • Exhibiting professionalism and teamwork.
  • Completing additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Operations Manager.

    • Qualifications include being a Registered Radiation Therapist by the ARRT and holding a state license (SCRQSA), with ongoing education requirements.
