This position will transition to Grenada, Mississippi. Candidates should be willing to start their career in Greenwood, Mississippi, and participate in the upcoming transition.

The Machine Technician is responsible for manufacturing products by operating and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal customer service. This entry-level role also involves enhancing safety, quality, and productivity within the department, and assisting the Facilitator as needed.

• Adhere to all safety requirements and policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Operate and troubleshoot machinery, including automated systems, controls, and sensors.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Follow all compliance and environmental policies.
• Complete routine documentation and inspections.
• Support team efforts and perform other duties as assigned.

• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to interpret technical data and drawings.
• Proficient in using inspection and testing equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation fields preferred.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in maintenance or a technical field.
