Responsibilities- Connection builder:
Serve as the first point of contact, create a welcoming environment, listen to customer needs, and guide them toward the right products and services. - Store expert:
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Optimum products and industry trends to educate customers and recommend optimal solutions. - Problem solver:
Assist with billing and service questions, process payments and exchanges, and troubleshoot technical problems to ensure customer satisfaction. - Brand ambassador:
Represent Optimum’s values with professionalism and enthusiasm, leaving a lasting positive impression. - Team builder:
Collaborate with colleagues, share knowledge, and provide backup support to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of retail selling experience.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient computer and technical skills for customer support.
- Potential travel up to 35 miles may be required for some locations.
- Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Availability to work full time and on weekends as needed.
