** Job Description
** We are looking for a
** Fleet Mechanic
** to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain fleet vehicles and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.

* Key Responsibilities:

**
* ** Inspect & Diagnose** – Identify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
* ** Repairs & Maintenance** – Perform oil changes, brake repairs, tire replacements, and engine diagnostics.
* ** Record-Keeping** – Maintain accurate service records in computer-based systems.
* ** Safety Compliance** – Ensure vehicles meet all safety and regulatory standards.
* ** Parts Management** – Order and replace worn or damaged parts.
* ** Collaboration** – Work with drivers and fleet managers to address concerns.

* Qualifications:

**
* ** Age & Tools** – Must be
** 21+
** and have own tools. Prior Experience is a
** PLUS.**
* ** Licensing** – CDL required or willingness to obtain.
* ** Screening** – Must pass background check and drug screening.* ·
** Ability
* * to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
