Responsibilities
As a seasonal Tax Professional at H&R Block, you’ll conduct client tax interviews face‑to‑face and virtually, prepare accurate tax returns, grow client retention, provide IRS support, and mentor teammates.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- CPA, Enrolled Agent, or H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment completion
- 5+ years of accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax experience
- Experience filing complex individual, trust, partnership returns
- Experience conducting virtual tax interviews and audit representation
- Virtual communication tools proficiency
- Fast‑paced environment work
- Continuing education and IRS applicable state requirements compliance
