Position Overview

FUJIFILM North America Corporation Imaging Division Personalized Photo Products Group (PPPG) now makes more than 450 personalized items (such as coffee mugs, posters, framed prints, canvas wall décor and more). PPPG provides a turnkey, back‑end service of producing these items for a variety of retail and online customers. The Product Manager, 3PG Ecommerce will support the Direct‑to‑Consumer product experience for Fujifilm, serving as the internal driver of product development, packaging, and pricing strategy.

This role will partner closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, and the broader 3PG team, as well as internal and external factories and box manufacturers to bring new products to market and deliver a compelling unboxing and brand experience that drives sales and profitability. The ideal candidate combines strong customer focus, creative thinking, manufacturing knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.

Hybrid position‑Must be based in either Valhalla, NY or Greenwood, SC.

Job Description Responsibilities
  • Works with Research, Marketing and Product Development and third‑party suppliers to drive the development of new products from concept to implementation to launch and often sell in.
  • Execute RFPs to third‑party suppliers to ensure they meet the security requirements of our Ecommerce experiences as well as to drive competitive pricing.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
  • Own the pricing guidelines and parameters to ensure that the D2C business does not disrupt or interfere with the B2B segment.
  • In conjunction with sales and marketing operations assist in the execution of business plans, promotions, marketing collateral and inserts, and packaging development to contribute and maximize the development of brand/business strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, global regions, operations, systems engineering, new product development, sales, and marketing, to drive product initiatives.
  • Collaborate with finance in the process development and overall management of the accounting strategy and segmentation of this business.
  • Work with suppliers and internal procurement team to ensure sustainability of packaging materials and support the D2C ecommerce marketing team to properly promote those attributes.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and EHS to review product positioning and determine any additional testing required to support claims.
  • Analyze demand forecasts submitted based on market trends, sales data, promotional plans and insights. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure production aligns with demand forecasts.
