• Prepare the operating room and assist physicians during surgeries.
• Assist with patient care according to established medical plans, policies, and standards.
• Perform direct assistance, wound closure, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
• Support patient care during and after surgery as directed by physicians.
• Communicate patient needs and resolve work-related issues effectively.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by surgeons, managers, or department directors.

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technician program.
• Current licensure and clinical expertise.
• Effective communication and collaborative skills.
• Self-motivated team player.
