Special Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy to practice as a pharmacist or board eligible.
- Pharm
D degree and completion of a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency, or two or more years of relevant clinical experience if residency training is absent. - Employed as a Clinical Pharmacist with SRH prior to 4/1/2018.
- PGY2 Pharmacy residency in applicable area of specialty preferred.
- Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties certification in area of specialty preferred.
- If board eligible, must obtain South Carolina pharmacist license within 3 months of hire.
