Occupational Therapist, Home Health Part time at Self Regional Healthcare. Provides Occupational Therapy (OT) services to patients by means of assessment, planning and implementation of treatment in the home health setting. Remains proficient in implementation of clinical procedures such as therapeutic activities, modalities, adaptations, and patient and family education, and assessment of durable medical equipment (DME) needs.
Maintains personal professional growth through continuing education and independent study and shares information and training with team members. Fosters open communication and rapport with other disciplines, physicians, all hospital disciplines and outside agencies as needed to ensure patient needs are met. Completes all documentation per Home Health policies. Performs all other duties as assigned by Home Health Services (HHS) Managers and Directors.

- Maintains personal professional growth through continuing education and independent study and shares information and training with team members.
- Fosters open communication and rapport with other disciplines, physicians, all hospital disciplines and outside agencies as needed to ensure patient needs are met.
- Completes all documentation per Home Health policies.
- Performs all other duties as assigned by Home Health Services (HHS) Managers and Directors.
- Must be a graduate of an Occupational Therapy program.
- Must hold a SC License in OT.
- NBCOT Certification required.
- Home Health experience preferred.
- BLS certified.
