Environmental Service Tech – Full Time, 1st Shift
Self Regional Healthcare is recruiting an Environmental Service Technician for the 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, four weekdays and every other weekend).
Job OverviewLeading our communities to better health requires facilities maintained at the highest cleaning standards. The Environmental Services Technician will reduce infections by maintaining meticulous cleanliness using Hospital Infection Control-approved cleaning and disinfecting products. Professionals must remain courteous and professional when interacting with patients, visitors, and internal customers.
Responsibilities- Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards in patient care areas
- Use approved cleaning and disinfecting products correctly
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Follow instructions and read/write equipment use documentation
- Adhere to safety and professional conduct at all times
- High school graduate or GED certificate (preferred)
- Previous work experience in a similar role (appropriate)
