Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Switch Assembler. The hourly rate for this position is $18.00 per hour. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
What You’ll DoThe Switch Assembler is responsible for performing all assembly operations within the department after proper training. Must work closely with other team members and Group Leader to maintain work efficiency and be flexible in performing various job functions. In this role, you will build Switch Line products according to the specifications of the customer’s order. Making what matters work at Eaton takes the passion of every employee around the world.

- Perform machine set‑ups for various switch configurations and properly operate all machines within the department to ensure a quality product.
- Check specifications and required drawings for proper assembly and ensure compliance with quality procedures.
- Follow standard work, move and load materials needed to build switches.
- Transition to various workstations and help others as needed to meet department productivity goals.
- Work safely to prevent work injuries by following standard safety procedures.
