- Utilize the Nursing Process to provide and document professional nursing care.
- Plan, execute, conduct, and evaluate direct and indirect nursing care for surgical patients.
- Act as charge/lead nurse, coordinate and delegate care with other professionals and ancillary personnel.
- Serve as a resource person for other SRH/nursing personnel to resolve work‑related issues.
- Participate in the Clinical Ladder program.
- Perform any other job related duties as requested by Nurse Manager or Director.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina.
- ADN degree.
- BLS certification.
- CNOR Certification preferred.
