Provides, and documents professional nursing care to patients in accordance with the medical plan of care, critical pathways, established SRH and Nursing Policies/Procedures/Protocols and Standards of Care. Assists Director with defined charge nurse duties. Works coordinating and delegating the care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel. Communicates findings as indicated to appropriate person(s). Serves as a resource person for other SRH/nursing personnel to resolve work-related issues.

Performs any other job-related duties as requested by Supervisor or Department Director.

Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina. Recent clinical experience required. Experience as a charge nurse required. Possesses leadership, communication, organizational, planning, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills. Demonstrates clinical competency in specialty. BSN required or must obtain within two years of hire.
