As the face of our community, you will welcome prospects, showcase apartment homes, and help residents feel right  will play a key role in the leasing process—handling tours, applications, move‑ins, and renewals—all while delivering top‑notch customer service and embodying our motto: “A Friendly Home.” A high level of sales and follow‑up with prospective residents is required.

• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Excellent communication and time management
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Sales experience (property management or leasing is a plus!)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  Yardi experience a bonus
• High school diploma or GED

• NALP certification
• Fair Housing training
• Degree in Marketing or related field

Monday‑Friday, 8am‑5pm, with occasional weekends depending on leasing demand.
