Base pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour (actual pay based on skills and experience).

• Ensure a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment.

• Passion for working with young children.
• At least 18 years old.
• High‑school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass background checks & health assessments.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for child safety and emergencies.
• Preferred: at least 30 days of experience working in a licensed center.
