Rogers Group is seeking applicants for the position of Asphalt Paver Operator to work with road construction and highway paving crews in the Madison, TN area. The successful candidate will have familiarity and experience working in road building, operating a paver, and will have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence.

  • Compensation based on experience.
Job Responsibilities
  • Operate paver with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency.
  • Perform daily pre‑and post‑inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management.
  • Effective communication skills applicable to position.
  • Properly follow all company policies and OSHA / MSHA / Environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environment.
Qualifications
  • Dedication to safe work practices.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ previous experience in an asphalt paving operation.
  • Experience working road construction in high traffic areas preferred.
  • Must be able to work outside in all types of weather and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.
  • Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co‑workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
  • Must be willing to work overtime and extended hours when necessary.
  • Pass pre‑employment drug screen.
  • Able to provide valid documentation for the I‑9 Immigration document.
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record and Valid Driver’s License required.
