Customer Support Coordinator (temp to hire)
Location: Greer, SC
Pay: $20.00/hr
Schedule: M-F 8-5;
Onsite
Temp to hire opportunity with a great company convenient to Greenville or Spartanburg. Great team and casual work environment.
What You Get To Do- Answer inbound customer calls and e-mails to resolve issues, discuss delivery time frames and gather info to validate business status and credit limits
- Participate in learning a vast company product catalog
- Data entry and documentation of customer communication
- Work cross functionally with Sales, Accounting and Logistics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great customer service skills
- Passion for what the company does
- Critical thinking skills and initiative to find the answer
