Design Like a Legend

• Lead clients through the full selections process — tile, flooring, lighting, hardware, colors, fixtures, the works.
• Help customers define their style, their vision, and sometimes their emotional wellbeing (“Yes, Janet, champagne bronze does spark joy”).

• Build full material palettes and design boards for new construction and renovations.
• Source and recommend products that balance budget, beauty, and buildability.
• Coordinate with the drafter, project managers, and vendors to ensure drawings + selections align.
• Create purchase orders, track deliveries, and make sure materials show up on time and on site
  .
• Work with suppliers to confirm lead times, pricing, and replacements when the shipping gods send chaos.
• Keep Buildertrend (or similar software) updated so the whole team stays in sync.

• Be confident, patient, and joyful while guiding homeowners through decisions that can overwhelm mere mortals.
• Attend jobsite walkthroughs with PMs to verify selections and ensure installation matches the vision.
