Toddler Teacher

Pay range: $14-$19 per hour DOE.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team, who is committed to helping children learn, play, grow, and thrive and provide the tools they need to succeed academically and emotionally.

Activities:
Plan and implement activities that stimulate sensory, motor, cognitive, and social development. - Providing Physical Care:
Handle daily care routines such as feeding, diapering, and ensuring proper sleep schedules. - Monitoring Developmental Milestones:
Observe and track each toddler’s developmental progress. - Maintaining Communication with Parents:
Keep parents informed through reports or meetings. - Ensuring Safety:
Adhere to health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment. - Promoting Social Interaction:
Encourage positive social interactions. - Supporting Emotional Development:
Provide comfort and reassurance to help toddlers develop secure attachments. - Collaborating with Colleagues:
Work as part of a team with other staff members to ensure a consistent and high‑quality care environment. - Maintaining Cleanliness:
Ensure that the environment, toys, and equipment are clean and hygienic. - Engaging in Ongoing Professional Development:
Keep up‑to‑date with the latest research and best practices in early childhood education and care.
- Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children?
- Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)?
- Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or a related degree (preferred) or a High school diploma/GED (required)?
