Sr Advanced Product Manufacturing Engineer

At Honeywell, you will lead the manufacturing processes for advanced products, ensuring high quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery while driving continuous improvement and innovation.

• Lead and oversee the manufacturing process for advanced products, ensuring adherence to quality standards, cost targets, and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with design engineering teams to optimize product manufacturability and ensure smooth transition from design to production.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures, including process flow, work instructions, and quality control measures.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges in the manufacturing process, working closely with cross‑functional teams to implement effective solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Provide technical guidance and support to production teams, ensuring proper training and adherence to manufacturing processes and standards.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize material flow and inventory management, ensuring timely availability of components and materials for production.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems.
• Proficiency in manufacturing engineering tools and software.
• Experience with data analysis and process optimization techniques.

• Advanced degrees such as ME or IE.
• Experience leading complex manufacturing projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
