As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you help patients get well. You implement occupational therapy programs and activities, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments. You treat patients holistically, respecting their individuality, and work collaboratively with peers to provide patient‑first, caring, compassionate service.
Hiring ProcessWe have a streamlined hiring process:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
- Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
- Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.
USD $26.00 – $37.00 per hour.
