FOX Rehabilitation is growing in Mount Pleasant, SC, seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in homes or senior living communities. You’ll evaluate, plan and provide evidence-based therapy, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and educate patients and caregivers to promote safety and independence.
OTs may incorporate telehealth to extend access, enjoying autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful patient outcomes within the Geriatric House Calls model.
