• Support the technology experience of all Maddox employees and partners.
• Administer network, surveillance, and building access control systems.
• Handle vendor management and administration of a wide range of industry software.
• Respond to internal user support requests with a customer success approach and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Set up new users and change access permissions as roles change.
• Maintain and support a fleet of devices deployed across the business.
• Ensure that networks are online and that facilities are secured by functional surveillance and access control systems.

• You have a knack for project management and a proven track‑record of successfully delivered IT projects.

• 10+ years of related experience (preferred); we invest in promising early‑career candidates too.
• Network design, implementation, and project management experience is beneficial.

• Full‑time, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local, with some flexibility for support coverage, network upgrades, special IT projects, and occasional manufacturing ops.
• Location:
  
  Greenville, SC area offices; in‑frequent short‑duration travel required.
• Pay: $70k – $100k starting range, commensurate with experience, plus up to $1k/month wellness stipend.
