Full Time in Greer, SC

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

• Hourly base pay + Uncapped Commissions + Bonuses
• 13 Paid Holidays, including your birthday off
• Sick Leave and PTO
• The opportunity to choose to work 4 Day or 5 Day work weeks
• Do not have to work on Saturdays or Sundays
• Opportunity to advance to a lead or management position within my agency or go off
• Both Property & Casualty & Life & Health Insurance Licenses are reimbursed by our agency.

• I have been a State Farm agent since 1991.
• We currently have 5 team members at our agency.
• We have 52 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
