CNC Operator

We’re hiring CNC Operators for our 1st (7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.) and 2nd shift (3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.) in a fully air-conditioned, modern production environment where innovation and precision meet.

What will I be doing?

• Set up and operate 5-axis CNC machines in our Geometry Grind Department
• Support high-performance tooling production with precision and efficiency
• Apply your knowledge of basic machine maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Read and interpret blueprints and apply GD&T principles to ensure accurate machining and grinding operations

Your Profile:

• Self-motivated individuals with a passion for craftsmanship
• Minimum 2 years of machining and/or grinding experience
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Experience in cutter grinding or tool making is a plus—but not required
• Familiarity with machine maintenance practices
• Ability to read and understand technical blueprints, including GD&T specifications
