Role OverviewThe CNC Operator will set up and operate 5-axis CNC machines in the Geometry Grind Department, ensuring high-quality production through precision machining and attention to detail.
Responsibilities- Set up and operate 5-axis CNC machines in the Geometry Grind Department.
- Interpret blueprints and apply GD&T principles to maintain accuracy.
- Perform routine maintenance to maximize machine performance.
- Support production teams in meeting output and quality standards.
- Minimum 2 years of machining and/or grinding experience.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, including GD&T specifications.
- Experience in cutter grinding or tool making is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with machine maintenance practices.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and collaborative attitude.
- Excellent 401(k) with ½ match up to 3%
