Job Overview
CNC Operator opening with a leading manufacturer of high-performance cutting tools in Greer. In this role you’ll be setting up and operating CNC grinding equipment producing tight-tolerance tooling. Must have 3+ years of CNC machining or grinding experience. Clean, ISO-certified environment.
Shift Schedule2nd Shift – 3:00pm–11:30pm
ResponsibilitiesThis role focuses on operating and maintaining CNC grinding machines to produce precision cutting tools for aerospace, automotive, and industrial applications.
- Set up and operate CNC grinding machines during production runs
- Change tools, offsets, and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy
- Complete required production and quality documentation
- 3+ years of CNC machining or grinding experience (OD/, surface, tool & cutter, or similar)
- Ability to read blueprints and work to tight tolerances
- Experience using micrometers, gauges, and precision measuring tools
