Metro Power, Inc. seeks an Assistant Prefabrication Shop Manager to support daily operations of the prefabrication shop. You will assign tasks, drive efficiency, coordinate with Site Supervisors, and oversee deliveries, tools, and warehouse space.
You will train others and escalate issues to the Prefabrication Shop Manager as needed. You will work with project leadership to ensure quality, timely delivery, and continuous improvement across the shop and preconstruction services.
