Full‑time, Part‑time, PRN, and Weekend Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) positions.
As an LPN at Genesis Health Care, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician’s treatment plan.
- Follow a care plan designed by the Nurse Manager.
- Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC).
- Monitor resident’s conditions and report accordingly.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided.

Qualifications- A graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by PA State Board of Nursing.
- Proficiency in English to ensure patient safety and effective communication.
- Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
