This position would also offer a relatively set schedule working Wednesday–Sunday PM shifts, approximately 2:00 p‑10:30 p (actual hours may vary).

• Clean in accordance with Serv Safe and safety standards.
• Use appropriate sanitizing techniques in order to stay compliant with company and local health guidelines.
• Clean cooking utensils and pots and pans, dishes, utensils and glasses to ensure that they are ready for member and guest dining experience.
• Keep dish area clean and well organized.
• Assist with preparation of food items as needed.
• Clean floor mats; sweep and mop kitchen floors to remove food, debris, and grease; clean behind and under all equipment.
• Remove trash from dishwasher and kitchen area.
• Put away food products in the appropriate area.
• Performs any other duties deemed necessary by supervisor and professional staff.
