Who Are You?You’re a seasoned BDC professional who knows this role is about far more than “answering leads.”
You:
- Know how to build rapport quickly without sounding scripted
- Can control a conversation respectfully

- You don’t need babysitting. You're self‑motivated and manage your follow‑up, your CRM, and your daily workload like a pro.
You are the front door of our sales operation. When you win, everyone wins.
Your Core ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to inbound leads (phone, internet, text, social, marketplace).
Make outbound calls and follow‑ups on unsold and aged leads.
Build trust, qualify intent, and set high‑quality, confirmed appointments.
Clearly explain the Northside experience and next steps.
Maintain clean CRM notes, dispositions, and follow‑up tasks.
Communicate effectively with Sales Managers to ensure smooth handoffs.
Hit (and exceed) realistic performance benchmarks:
- Response time
- Contact rate
- Appointment set rate
- Appointment show rate
You’ll also:
- Participate in daily huddles and coaching
- Contribute ideas to improve scripts, messaging, and workflows
- Help support creative marketing and social media efforts when appropriate
You rely entirely on scripts and freeze when a customer goes off‑road.
You struggle with consistency or accountability.
You’re looking for a passive, clock‑punching role.

Preferred Skills & Experience- 2+ years of automotive BDC or inside sales experience (preferred)
- Strong phone, text, and written communication skills

- Detail‑oriented, organized, and self‑motivated
- Ability to accept coaching and continuously improve
