We are seeking a motivated and reliable Bathroom Installer / Helper / Apprentice to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals interested in learning the trade and developing the skills needed to become a full bathroom remodel installer. You will assist experienced installers in all aspects of bathroom renovations, including demolition, installation, and finishing work.

Key Responsibilities

Assist lead installers with bathroom remodels, including tub/shower installations, vanities, fixtures, flooring, and tile work.

Prepare work areas by removing old fixtures, materials, and debris.

Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to specifications.

Handle tools, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the project.

Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from company vehicles.

Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

Support team members in ensuring projects are completed on time and to company quality standards.

Qualifications

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Preferred:

Previous experience in construction, plumbing, carpentry, or bathroom remodeling is a plus but not required.

Familiarity with hand and power tools.
