As one of the nation's premier wall and ceiling specialty contractors, Precision Walls, Inc. (PWI) offers you an opportunity to join our team. Make a difference and promote the progress of construction! We are seeking experienced Division 10/12 Installers in commercial work, including but not limited to toilet partitions, toilet accessories, fire extinguisher cabinets, visual displays, wall protection, and other miscellaneous items.

• Understand how to install bathroom partitions and accessories
• Experience with various types and ranges of commercial items
• Measure and mark surfaces to hang work according to blueprints and drawings
• Inspect wall surfaces for imperfections
• Work independently on jobsites
• Oversee less experienced installers/laborers
• Coordinate with GC and other subcontractors regarding project expectations
• Instruct and inspect for quality installation
• Identify and resolve site-specific conflicts before they cause delays
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements/Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and skills
• Experience working safely with baker scaffolding and ladders
• Positive attitude and commitment to trade knowledge and quality
• Adherence to safety procedures
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to follow instructions
• Dependable transportation
• Experience with blinds and electronic blinds
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
