Oasis Home Care LLC is looking for a passionate and driven Community Liaison to join our growing team in Greer, SC. In this role, you'll be the vital link between our organization and the community we serve, building meaningful relationships that help connect individuals with the quality home care services they need.
Responsibilities:- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, and community organizations
- Represent Oasis Home Care LLC at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
- Educate potential clients, families, and referral partners about available home care services
- Coordinate with internal care teams to ensure smooth client intake and onboarding
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the local community
- Track and report on outreach activities, referral trends, and community engagement efforts
- Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for clients and families navigating home care options
- Prior experience in community outreach, healthcare marketing, or a related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for helping others
- Knowledge of home care, healthcare, or social services industry is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for local travel
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM or tracking tools
- Compassionate, professional demeanor with a commitment to community service
