College Hunks Hauling Junk is a national franchise that offers junk removal and moving services. As a Mover – Junk Remover, you are the first point of contact for clients on each job.

• Be friendly and professional in all client interactions.
• Wear the uniform correctly and maintain a positive attitude.
• Educate clients about pricing, services, and benefits prior to providing an estimate.
• Operate safely at all times and conduct daily truck inspections (tire pressure, oil, equipment).
• Ensure the truck is stocked with receipts, safety equipment, and marketing materials.
• Price jobs aggressively to meet and surpass benchmarks.
• Make logistical decisions regarding disposal, donation, recycling, and job completion.
• Lead by example, demonstrating the company’s core values.
• Assist in training new hires on day-to-day operations and core values.
• Complete Daily Checklists and prevent costly mistakes.
• Check in regularly with your supervisor for assignments and guidance.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds for an extended period of time.
• Must enjoy hard work, world‑class customer service, and helping others.
• Must want to be part of a growing organization and be excited about huge opportunities.
• Must be drug and alcohol free.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check.

Hourly pay of $10–20 per hour plus tips and performance-based bonuses.
