Join Our Team as an Assistant Distribution Center Manager!

Are you a dynamic operations leader ready to make a tangible impact in a high-volume distribution environment? We are looking for an Assistant Distribution Center Manager to partner with our DC Manager, drive operational excellence, and empower a high-performing team.

In this role, you will be at the heart of our supply chain—overseeing daily warehouse operations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring our products reach customers accurately and on time. • Lead Daily Operations:
  Oversee receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, packing, and logistics while efficiently allocating labor resources.
• Drive Performance:
  Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)—including order accuracy, on-time shipping, productivity, and labor utilization to continuously elevate performance.
• Develop Talent:
  Coach, mentor, and support warehouse supervisors, leads, and associates. Partner with HR on recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement.
• Champion Continuous Improvement:
  Lead Lean and 5S initiatives, eliminate bottlenecks, maximize facility space, and assist with new technology rollouts.
• Prioritize Safety & Compliance:
  Maintain an active safety culture by conducting facility inspections, enforcing OSHA standards, and ensuring full compliance with company SOPs.
• Collaborate Across Teams:
  Work closely with Supply Chain, IT, Purchasing, HR, and Safety teams to align operational goals with company objectives.

• Proven leadership experience in warehouse operations or distribution center management.
• KPI tracking, labor management, and process improvement (Lean/5S).
• Passion for mentoring teams and fostering a collaborative, accountable workplace.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Supply Chain, Inventory Control, IT, Purchasing, and HR to execute strategic initiatives and represent DC operations in leadership forums.
