• Quoting, ordering and receiving parts for our team of service technicians as well as manage returns.
• Responsible for warehouse operations and maintenance, shipping/receiving and calling on new/existing customers to proactively sell products and parts.
• Product support, which requires parts interpretation, quoting, follow-up, pricing, order processing, expediting and problem solving.

• Three to five years’ experience with previous inventory control, order-expediting experience in a sales and service environment preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office computer applications and experience with CRM applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Must have ability to operate forklift and successfully complete OSHA safety training
