Modine’s Custom Coil Division uses internally developed field software (Coil Calc) for product design, specification and pricing, an internal Translator-Generator (T/G) product configurator for drawing and plant documentation, and SAP ERP systems for scheduling and material requirements. The Business Systems Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of all legacy systems while coordinating appropriate teams working toward the next generation of a fully integrated, single platform sales system.

This position will report to the Director of Sales and will be responsible for future planning and implementation of highly efficient, next generation software and business systems. Platforms will also be tied to future E-Commerce sales systems driving virtual design and ordering capability.

• Analyze current Translator/Generator (T/G) and Coil Calc system capabilities and design the next generation single platform system
• Develop written system protocols including user instructions and historical tracking of system modifications
• Investigate, analyze and assist in user issue resolution
• Understand and perform routine maintenance of the existing T/G system
• Analyze drafting needs to assist with enhancing T/G to lessen demand on drafting.
• Enhance the T/G for new products lines and/or design changes
• Evaluate and correct any production or sales problems related to the T/G or Coil Calc
• Lead development of new projects with project scoping and document generation
• Development of new systems to support E-Commerce sales platform solution

Travel Expectations: 10-20% to Grenada, MS

• Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or Technology, Computer Science or related with focus in business systems integration and development
• 3-5 years minimum experience related to systems integration and support
• Knowledge of manufacturing enterprise systems, SAP ERP system as ideal
• Experience using configurator systems to develop product pricing and production documentation
• Experience using or working knowledge of ASP.net and
• Experience using or working knowledge of C# programming language
