Responsible for managing medium-to-large programs that involve multiple projects and stakeholders. They ensure alignment with business goals and coordinate across work streams to deliver outcomes on time and within budget.

• Develop and manage program plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate project teams and ensure alignment across work streams.
• Monitor program performance and report progress.
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests.
• Support stakeholder engagement and communication.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field and/or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project/program management experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• PMP certification preferred.
