The position accountability will include, but not be limited to, conducting capability studies, control plans, FMEA's, quality plan, cost reduction and root cause analysis, problem solving, ISO certification experience (particularly ISO 9001) and adaptability to working with team/cell concepts. The job accountabilities will include the reduction of defects, reducing customer complaints and costs analysis primarily. This position will need to ensure that the Quality/Manufacturing processes are capable and controlled which will entail collecting and analyzing data in order to steer corrective/preventive actions.

• Meeting stated objectives for assigned area(s) of responsibility

• Participate in maintaining ISO registration
• Project Coordination
• Leading root cause and corrective action teams for internal and external problems

• BS Engineering, Technical or Related Field
• 1 or more years of Quality manufacturing analysis/problem solving
• Skills required include TQM tools, SPC, FMEA's, Capability Studies, Control Plans, ISO 9001

The salary range for this position is estimated in good faith to be $72,000-$100,000. The specific offer will depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and other job-related considerations but will be within the stated range.
