Setup and operate various equipment used in shearing, notching, piercing, bending, braking and forming copper, copper alloys, brass, aluminum, galvanized steel or other raw material types, making adjustments necessary to comply with drawings, quality, safety and methods procedures.

This position requires the ability to operate equipment, set up equipment, identify and locate required tooling, inspect the first production piece of each run and continually monitor conformance to standards. This position also requires the ability to make arithmetic calculations, read blueprints, understand a bill of material and use measuring devices.

Must be flexible, problem‑solving oriented, acceptably adaptable to change and display initiative to learn and make improvements in the workplace.
