Under direct supervision, sets up and operates a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Reads and interprets blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery. Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks according to specifications, accurately and in a timely fashion. Performs a variety of tasks.

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic comprehension of mechanical diagrams. Able to interpret a part drawing. Requires basic math skills, including knowledge of fractions and decimals, to read measurement tools. Must be able to remain in a stationary position on a concrete surface work area.
